Jimena Gutierrez Bisbal

 

Born in Lima, Peru, she ended her studies in graphic design and job in publicity to move to Italy with the intent of furthering her studies in art. Gratteri was granted a scholarship in the Rome University of Fine Arts and had Tulio Di Franco, a renowned painter and teacher, as her “maestro”.

 

After several years of living in Rome, she and her family moved to Santiago de Chile where she continued to grow with her art.

 

Currently she is based in Key Biscayne, Florida and continues to inspire herself with the ocean and nature that surrounds her.

 

She has presented her works in Italy, Peru and Chile; and has collectors in the United States, Peru, Chile, Italy, Spain, and Argentina.

 

Her recent artworks are reflection of a travelling life; the experience of these changes are an evolution of her art.
